KAPPA FUTURFESTIVAL - PARCO DORA, TORINO, ITALY

KAPPA FUTURFESTIVAL - PARCO DORA, TORINO, ITALY

Italy’s Kappa FuturFestival has just wrapped up its 9th edition held in the heart of Turin, and to capture the diverse crowd is Florence-based photographer Antonio Corallo. Capturing a sea of international ravers over the space of 3 days, Corallo offers a rather striking outlook on this year’s Kappa FuturFestival, showcasing the many nationalities present at the festival through a collection of stunning portraits taken on the site grounds.

The shots taken by Corallo also spotlight the truly beautiful Parco Dora and its industrial surroundings where KFF is held each year. I wondered if you’d be interested in exclusively hosting these photos over on Re-Edition as part of a look book from the festival

The Kappa FuturFestival festival welcomed the cream of the electronic music world across its 4 stages, with sets from the likes of Amelie Lens; Carl Cox, Craig Richards, Derrick Carter, Diplo, Honey Dijon, Jamie Jones, Peggy Gou, The Blessed Madonna, Seth Troxler and so many more - Full lineup below.

Furthermore, Kappa FuturFestival continued to push the envelope in regards to festival technology and customer experience. The forward-thinking nature of the festival which has twice received the European Commission Patronage, the first for this kind of event in Italy, showed no signs of diminishing. Fully embracing Torino’s art scene, they brought back their VIP experience - Art & Techno - the ultimate weekend of luxury for art and techno lovers, with first class VIP treatment at the festival, and private guided tours of the city’s best art galleries and museums. There were also displays on site from the likes of renowned Italian photographer Oliviero Toscani - who was also shooting at the festival for his ongoing project - Razza Umana and there was a pop-up gallery from digital art platform Blackdove. Plus for the first time the festival launched its Festival App, their forward thinking Cashless Program advanced in the form of a wristband and they brought back their TrashED Recycling Store program – with over 80k glasses and plastic bottles collected by the crowd.
